1. Discovery Session & Property Appraisal
We start with a phonecall and meeting to introduce ourselves. We also want to hear your property and family plans, dreams and aspirations. We hope that by the end of our meeting, you will be as excited to proceed as we will be. We will then get to work and have a maximum of 90 days to get results.
2. Comparative Market Analysis
We will use software to conduct a thorough analysis of similar properties that have sold recently in your area. Our data-driven approach will help us determine your property’s worth and develop a strategic, pricing strategy. Some agents use guess work. We prefer data.
3. Integrated Marketing Strategy
We differ from other agents because we implement strategic and integrated marketing. This means that your signage, open homes, website listings, flyers, email marketing, social media, video, targeted advertising and more, (depending on your budget) will all work together to achieve results.
